Ingredients
- Brown Basmati Rice
- Half a Tomato
- Half a Red Pepper
- One – Two Cups of Sweetcorn
- Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- Pinch of Chopped Garlic
- Rapeseed Oil
- Salt herbs
- Four – Five Eggs
- 2 cup of Hemp Seeds
- Boil 2-3 cups of rice for around 25 minutes whilst you prepare the rest of the meal.
- Chop up the tomato and red pepper
- Place the sweetcorn in a pan to boil for 5-7 mins and drain
- Place a teaspoon of coconut oil into a pan and when its melted pour in the garlic with the tomato and red pepper
- Whisk the four eggs and hemp all in a bowl
- Drain the rice and mix it into the pan with tomato, peppers and garlic.
- Pour the whisked eggs and hemp into the pan slowly cooking it all on a low heat and stirring it around.
- Add the pre boiled sweetcorn in to the mix.
- Add a dash of rapeseed oil and a sprinkle of the salted herbs
