Immunity Smoothie

  • 1 Cup Of Blueberries
  • 1/4-1/2 A Mango
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 A Cup Of Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 3-4 Strawberries
  • 1-2 Tbs Hemp
  • 2 Cups of Almond Milk (475ml)
  1. Pour the Almond Milk into your blender.
  2. Slice and dice your Banana (maybe keep a little out for presentation) and put it into the blender.
  3. BLEND for 10 seconds.
  4. With your Strawberries all you have to do is cut the green off then dice the remainders. Add it to the blender.
  5. BLEND for 10 seconds.
  6. Pour the amount of Sunflower Seeds into your blender.
  7. BLEND for 10 seconds.
  8. Peel and cut your Mango into tiny chunks and place into the blender.
  9. BLEND for 10 seconds.
  10. Add the cup of Blueberries and spoonfuls of Hemp.
  11. BLEND for 10 seconds.
  12. Last but not least, with a teaspoon put one – two servings of Honey into the blender giving it a good old stir – feeling for excess bumps of fruit.
  13. Finally the last WHIZZ of the blender and there you have it!

If you are not a fan of Almond milk. Coconut, Cows or Rice milk is a great alternative. For a healthier option I would use almond milk or half almond milk half water (or ice cubs for summer).
