Blender Needed
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Of Blueberries
- 1/4-1/2 A Mango
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 A Cup Of Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 3-4 Strawberries
- 1-2 Tbs Hemp
- 2 Cups of Almond Milk (475ml)
- Pour the Almond Milk into your blender.
- Slice and dice your Banana (maybe keep a little out for presentation) and put it into the blender.
- BLEND for 10 seconds.
- With your Strawberries all you have to do is cut the green off then dice the remainders. Add it to the blender.
- BLEND for 10 seconds.
- Pour the amount of Sunflower Seeds into your blender.
- BLEND for 10 seconds.
- Peel and cut your Mango into tiny chunks and place into the blender.
- BLEND for 10 seconds.
- Add the cup of Blueberries and spoonfuls of Hemp.
- BLEND for 10 seconds.
- Last but not least, with a teaspoon put one – two servings of Honey into the blender giving it a good old stir – feeling for excess bumps of fruit.
- Finally the last WHIZZ of the blender and there you have it!

If you are not a fan of Almond milk. Coconut, Cows or Rice milk is a great alternative. For a healthier option I would use almond milk or half almond milk half water (or ice cubs for summer).
