Ingredients
- 1 Cup Of Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cupe Of Blackberries
- A Sprinkle Of Dried Cranberries
- Tbs Creme Frieche
- 1-2 Tbs Hemp
- 2 Cups of Almond Milk (475ml)
- Pour the Almond Milk into your blender.
- Slice and dice your Banana (maybe keep a little out for presentation) and put it into the blender.
- BLEND for 10 seconds.
- With your Blackberries, pour them into the mix. Add it to the blender.
- BLEND for 10 seconds.
- Put the Creme Frieche into your blender.
- BLEND for 10 seconds.
- Add the cup of Blueberries and spoonfuls of Hemp.
- BLEND for 10 seconds.
- Finally sprinkle the Cranberries over the top for a little presentation and extra hemp and there you have a DELICIOUS very berry smoothie!

If you are not a fan of Almond milk. Coconut, Cows, Hemp or Rice milk is a great alternative. For a healthier option I would use Almond, Hemp or Rice milk.
To sweeten it up add honey!
